Now that the Arnold Fitness Expo is over, I have a little more time to update this thing.
Over the weekend w/ Grandma Stevens, Cynthia narrated and illustrated a short story to Grandma. She did 2 of them actually and even created a front and back page for them. It has a beginning, middle and end and was very cute. I showed it to her preschool teacher on Wednesday while the kids were on the alphabet mat listening to end of a story while waiting to be picked up. Mrs. Frechette had Cynthia give her short story to Mrs. Tobin to read in front of the whole class. The look on Cynthia's face was priceless as it was being read. She was so proud of herself and I was a very proud parent. The story is already in her preschool memories binder I am working on for her.
Charissa is turning out to be quite the playful little toddler. We were all outside in the front yard on Tues riding bikes and what not when Charissa found a puddle. My other 2 may have stepped in it but definitely not put their full focus on it. Charissa did just that and had a great time jumping in it and splashing it getting as dirty as possible.
Joseph has been cracking me up lately by pointing and saying "You mommy!". He is such a sweetie who loves to climb on everything and is afraid of very few things. He also absolutely loves music. I picked him up from his classroom at MOPS and he had a drum around his neck just banging along. We have also picked him up from his classroom at church and have seen him holding a guitar. It will be interesting to see if this interesting develops into anything.
